The original publication was in Tesseracts 3, the well known Canadian anthology series, featuring different editors for each edition. The US publication was in a nifty anthology called Air Fish, out of California, edited by Joy Ostreicher. Misha Nogha was in it, and Cory Doctorow, and Bruce Boston…Joy had a good eye…
