I have two creative writing classes coming up. Both are inexpensive and open to all skill levels, from beginners to published authors. We play, work and learn with and from each other.

On the equinoctial weekend I’ll be teaching a two day workshop at A Place For The Arts in Bancroft, Ontario.

We’ll spend class time writing, reading aloud and discussing our work. This is an exercise-based short fiction class but the tools we learn and share are equally applicable to memoir and life writing.

My Campbellford Creative Writing Class is running for 8 weeks beginning on Tuesday, September 18th from 10 am till noon. I have worked with amazing people in this class over the years and read work I will never forget! We focus on short fiction with the goal of creating a polished short story. We’ll be working and playing together to acquire narrative tools including P.O.V., setting, character, plot, and more.
